Trip Highlights​

• Experience Shabbat in Jerusalem

• Visit “Save A Child’s Heart”- a project of the Wolfson Hospital, in which Israeli pediatric surgeons provide pro-bono cardiac surgery for children from all over Africa and the Middle East

• Explore the desert, including nighttime star gazing, repelling, vegetable picking and jeeping

• Visit the newly opened ANU Museum of The Jewish People

• Tasting tours of Israeli street food and a cooking workshop followed by dinner

• Ascend Masada, the desert fortress, to hear one of the most dramatic stories in Jewish history

• Participate in an actual archaeological dig

• Learn and remember at the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum

• Meet with a mosaic of Israelis for a broad view of Israeli society

• Parallel educational programing for adults and youth to allow for age-appropriate learning
